Publish inventory
Create events, set capacity and face value, and see inventory status without a spreadsheet handoff.
tiCHIx for venues
tiCHIx helps independent venues publish shows, support official resale, scan real fans at the door, and turn the ticket lifecycle into revenue that can include venues and artists.
Venue operating system
Create events, set capacity and face value, and see inventory status without a spreadsheet handoff.
Use the venue workspace for staff access, check-in workflows, scan history, and attendee movement.
Keep fan-to-fan resale inside the official platform so venues and artists can participate when ticket value increases.
Know who actually attended, then build future engagement around real fans instead of anonymous secondary-market buyers.
Use ticketing, resale, merch, upgrades, and artist engagement as revenue streams as alcohol spend becomes less reliable.
Make price clarity, ticket status, and purchase limitations visible before anyone reaches checkout.
Why the platform matters
Venues historically benefited when broad ticket distribution drove attendance and bar sales. That model is weaker when fans drink less at shows and secondary-market value moves off-platform. tiCHIx keeps more of the ticket lifecycle official so venues can see the fan, support the artist, and pursue new revenue after the first sale.
The current public site is a demo. Venues can review the workflow, but demo events do not sell valid tickets or process payments.
The product workflow includes event setup, inventory status, staff access, mobile check-in, payout views, analytics, and resale-oriented fan flows in one platform.
tiCHIx is focused on independent venues that want to keep ticket activity official, participate in resale upside, and create new revenue streams from verified fan relationships.
When resale stays inside the official platform, fan-to-fan transactions can share upside with venues and artists instead of sending all secondary-market value elsewhere.
